On our way home

We had a good trip. Lots of fun. Good kids. Everyone safe. Thanks Mrs. Dague, Mrs. Gurley, Mrs. Eyster and all of the others who made this trip happen. We had a good time.

Carriage Ride

'Luke' our horse is a Belgian Draft Horse, 17 years old.
The church steeple was tilted 4 degrees during an earthquake in 1886.
The powder magazine is designed to blast straight up. One like it blew up-it didn't work. Oops. Lots of people died.

Cool houses and church steeples.

Marketplace

Bean Boozled are jellybeans that aren't half bad... But the other half are really bad. Barf, booger, skunk spray, lawn clippings are paired with good flavors so you don't know if that bean you bite is yummy of yucky. Why are our smart Northwest students spending their parents' hard earned money on such things?

I think they got ripped off.

Shopping was fun. Most popular store of all? It'Sugar! Yes, you guessed it a candy store. Ok, got to use the cliché: they were like kids in a candy store!

Fish everywhere, but no tartar sauce

Breakfast!!!

Best breakfast ever. And I've been on lots of these trips. And I'm a breakfast person.

Sleepy kids eating Fruit Loops, eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast, and coffee!
